Directions To The Prospector Motel
From I-70 West/Denver: Take exit 37, onto I-70 Business Loop West towards Grand Junction. You will see the following signs: US 50 West. Continue to follow US 50 West into Grand Junction, and follow the signs for the left turn at 5th street. The highway continues over the railroad tracks, and then over the Colorado River. The entrance of the Motel is on the right , approximately 200 yards from the stop light at the top of the hill.
From I-70 East/Salt Lake City:Take exit 26, I-70 Business Loop East towards Grand Junction. You will see the following signs: US 50 East. Keep following US 50 into and through Grand Junction, including the right turn at 5th Street (there is a gas station on the corner, and it's a 2 lane turn). The highway continues over the rail road tracks and over the Colorado River. The entrance to the Motel is on the right hand side, approximately 200 yards from the stop light at the top of the hill.
